Meet The Team

Megan pursued a career with animals from a very young age having always loved animals. She studied level 3 animal management, animal first aid, equine care and dog grooming at Riseholme College. She gained animal industry experience working for private owners and livery yards, Rushmoor Country Park, and Wolds Wildlife Park. She also created her first pet care business in 2014 while still at college which ran for nearly 5 years.

Jenna has experience with a range of breeds and behaviours among dogs and cats, having worked in a doggy day care centre, canine hydrotherapy, and a kennel and cattery! Jenna studied level 3 animal management at Grimsby Institute and understands the importance of assuring the safety of all dogs in a group setting from looking after up to 40 dogs a day!

Jenna is an adventurous soul , you'll most likely find her paddle boarding on her days off!

Ed grew up with cats and chickens and soon became roped into a life full of animals with Megan, with Hamilton the chameleon becoming their first pet together.​

Having a background in technology business ownership, social media management and customer service, Ed takes on the behind the scenes jobs and helps with tricky customer enquiries. You may also find him tempted out on a dog walk every now and then!

Sophie has had a life full of caring for a range of animals, from volunteering at The Ark Rescue Centre from a young age, to working at a kennels and cattery, and looking after her own menagerie of animals including dogs, cats, and several species of snakes! She has also owned rescues and understands the need for patience with nervous dogs. Sophie's most recent prodigy is Mabel the labrador, who is taking on puppy classes and learning to socialise!
